BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

Reynolds Signature Homes is focused on the changing trends that are impacting the features consumers are looking for in their new homes. Combining quality, high-end amenities, the newest energy efficient products and classic designs to create homes of distinction and value are our key goals. Reynolds Signature Homes is not a volume builder. Each day, Shelley or her Project Manager can be found on the site of each of our projects. The ability to stay involved in the building process every step of the way is important to insure the highest quality workmanship and attention to details.

Shelley Reynolds believes in order to build great custom homes, you need to build strong relationships. Shelley asks; “How important is your relationship with your custom home builder? We believe it is critical. It has been said many times that your home is one of your single largest investments. If you believe that, think about this: How would you define your relationship with your financial planner, your investment banker, your accountant and your lawyer? Most people have developed a strong relationship with these key influencers that help consumers manage their money and to a certain extent, their financial futures. Given the amount of time and money a homeowner will be spending with a custom home builder, establishing a strong relationship is a key component in building a home that meets your expectations while enjoying the process at the same time.”

Listening, asking the right questions, speaking in layman’s terms, explaining the process, and setting reasonable expectations are the key skills a good custom home builder has developed over time. The homeowner must feel they are working with a person who is willing to communicate with different people, while treating each client with respect and first class service. It is sometimes very difficult to find a builder with these qualities, but given what is on the line, it is worth looking for the builder you can enjoy working with. Building your dream home can be fun. Your relationship with your builder is the key. Let us build both with you.
